Mix vegetable cake

MIx vegetable cake is very light and healthy. You can make your children eat a lot of vegetables through this recipe. Basically, Mix vegetable cake is the updated version of Idlis. This cake can be made without an oven.

INGREDIENTS TO BE USED:– Semolina
– Curd
– Water
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Onions
– Peas
– Carrot
– Tomatoes
– Capsicum
– French beans
– Baking powder
– Baking soda
– Oil

METHOD:– In a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, water and let them rest for 30 minutes,
– After 30 minutes check the consistency and adjust it(consistency should be thick),
– Add all the vegetables in it of your choice,
– Add salt, black pepper, baking powder, baking soda and mix well,
– Take a mold of any shape and Greece it with some oil,
– Add half of the prepared batter in it and make a smooth layer,
– Apply coriander chutney on all over it excluding corners,
– Make another layer on it with the remaining batter,
– Top it with some vertically chopped vegetables,
– Steam for 20-25 minutes on medium flame,
– Demold it and its ready to be served.
