Dalgona Coffee Cookies

Recently there was a trend of “Dalgona Coffee” from which I generated a new recipe “Dalgona Coffee Cookies”. These cookies or you can say biscuits are chocolate flavoured which we are going to make without eggs and oven, so this recipe is going to be a vegetarian recipe.

INGREDIENTS TO BE USED:–  Coffee powder (1 tbsp)- Sugar (1 tbsp)
– Hot water (1 tbsp)
– Oil (1/2 cup)
– Powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
– Wheat flour (1.5 cups)
– Salt (1 pinch)
– Baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
– Baking soda (1/4 tbsp)
– Cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
– Dry fruits (optional)
– Milk (as needed)
– Chocolate syrup (optional)
METHOD:-

– In a mixing bowl add coffee powder, sugar, and hot water in equal proportions and whisk them until they become thick & creamy

– Add oil & powdered sugar and mix for at least 4-5 minutes,

– Place a sieve over it and sift the wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder,

– Add some chopped dry fruits& knead a hard dough by adding milk gradually,

– Take the small portion of the dough & shape it like a cookie,

– Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes,

– Garnish with some chocolate syrup and enjoy your dalgona coffee cookies.
